Where Kolasys is different
No bot unless you want one
The Mac app records your call from the menu bar. The bot is there for meetings you can’t attend.
Apple Watch
The watch records on its own, even with your phone away, and the notes come back to your wrist.
Private by default
New meetings are visible only to you. Share each one with your workspace when you choose.
When Granola may fit better
- You work on Windows. Kolasys has no Windows app.
- You prefer to type your own notes during the call and have AI fill them in.
Moving from Granola
Kolasys doesn’t import from Granola yet. Start recording new meetings in Kolasys and keep your old notes where they are.
